This is my 2nd visit. The minute I checked into my room.....oh my goodness! I thought to myself am I staying in an exclusive 5 star hotel? Room is spacious and clean. Same also with bathroom. EXCELLENT

Staff was very polite and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth in process. Parking free at mezzanine floor.

Junior suite is beautiful and comfortable, with kids room separated from parents with a wall. Would have been better with a full length mirror.

Clean and comfort room. Friendly staffs especially Reception counter. Quiet location. Eating out and shops are assessible just walking distance.

I like that the cafe was open according to advertised schedule. And the food was superb! The parking was easily accessible despite it doesn't look proper from the outside.

The stay was quite pleasant, exceed expectation, at a reasonable price. Staff at counter very friendly and welcoming. Room in tiptop condition.

The location is just nice. We stayed here as we need to go to Cruise Terminal and this is the best hotel option. The parking also provided. And there is also restaurants nearby which good for me.

The location is near to the PORT KLANG CRUISE TERMINAL which is just a 20 minutes drive and a very logistical location for easy travelling.

Inside the room is comfortable & breakfast is also good..(i read about the unpleasent post about hotel's breakfast, what i experienced is not the same)

There is a short distance to find foods. The maintenance team was really responsive because i had heater issue.
